What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your account and how much needs fixing. After the free audit you'll get a clear proposal, so you know the price before you commit to anything.
What's included in the free audit?
I go through your Google Ads account, conversion tracking and product feed, then send you a list of fixes ranked by how much revenue they're likely to affect. There's no obligation: the list is yours to keep, whether we work together or not.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
Yes, €1,000 a month on Google Ads. Below that there usually isn't enough data for Google's bidding to learn from, and the fee would eat too much of the return.
How long do I have to commit?
Three months minimum, then month to month. Some fixes, like cutting wasted spend, show up quickly. Changes to bidding and campaign structure need a few weeks of data before they settle, so three months is the shortest fair test.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. The account stays in your name and I get manager access. If we stop working together, everything stays with you: campaigns, data and history.
How will I know it's working?
You get two reports, both in revenue and ROAS rather than clicks and impressions. A short weekly report shows how the account is doing at a glance. A detailed monthly report covers what I changed, why, and what it did to your numbers.
Which store platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce and most other platforms. What matters is that purchases can be tracked accurately and that the store can produce a product feed, and I'll help set up both if they're missing.
Can you take over an account another agency is running?
Yes. The existing campaigns and their history stay in place, so nothing is lost in the handover. I start with the audit, then change things step by step rather than rebuilding everything at once.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day of your message.
Where are you based?
In Croatia, on Central European Time, working with stores across Europe and beyond, in English or Croatian. If you're in the US, my working day overlaps with East Coast mornings, so we can talk live without anyone staying up late.
